HopKVM (hopkvm.com) sells open-source hardware for fast desktop switching.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payments are processed by our payment provider (WooPayments / Stripe); we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To process and ship your order and send order updates.
• To respond to support requests.
• To meet legal requirements such as tax and accounting rules.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required for the shopping cart and checkout to function, plus basic order-attribution cookies provided by WooCommerce.

Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time.
